Slamet mendirikan sekolah yoga Yogamix Indonesia di tahun 2010 di Jakarta. Sebelumnya sarjana Olahraga lulusan dari IKIP JAKARTA ini telah malang melintang di dunia olahraga. Dari posisi Master Trainee Reebok University hingga belajar di  International Aerobic Federation Course (1999), Course Judge & Coach Sport Aerobic Common Rules (2002), Bosu Master Trainer di AS (2012), hingga Kursus Sport dan Twist Conditioning di Vancouver, Kanada.

Slamet menjajal yoga pertama kali di Jawaharlal Nehru Indian Cultural Centre, Kedutaan Besar India di Jakarta pada Desember 2001. Dari situ, ia terus menimba ilmu ke sejumlah guru dan sekolah yoga di dalam dan luar negeri.

 

Sekilas tentang Hip Hop Asana

Kelas ini menyuguhkan latihan fisik nan dinamis yang berfokus pada gerakan tubuh yang selaras dengan napas. Pengalaman dalam kelas ini menekankan pada kesatuan antara mengalirnya gerakan dan napas.  Pose-pose di dalamnya umumnya ditahan selama beberapa saat dan mengutamakan ritme napas dengan tujuan menyerasikan dan memfokuskan pikiran. Kelas ini sesuai bagi mereka yang ingin menggerakkan tubuh seiring dengan musik, meregangkan badan dengan upaya fisik yang moderat. Kelas dirancang agar senantiasa menyenangkan dan mengalir.

About Slamet Riyanto

Slamet founded yoga school Yogamix Indonesia in 2010 in Jakarta. Prior to that, the graduate of  Sports Program of IKIP Jakarta had been actively involved in sports. He learned relentlessly for years, from a position of Master Trainee Reebok University, a student of International Aerobic Federation Course (1999), Course Judge & Coach Sport Aerobic Common Rules (2002), Bosu Master Trainer di AS (2012), to Sports dan Twist Conditioning Course in Vancouver, Canada.

He tried yoga for the first time at Jawaharlal Nehru Indian Cultural Centre, the Indian Embassy in Jakarta in December 2001. Ever since, he has kept learning from various gurus and yoga schools in Indonesia and overseas.

 

About Hip Hop Asana

It is a dynamic practice focusing on moving the body along with the breath .The experience in their class is one of fluidity & motion .Poses are generally held for short periods of time & emphasis on rhythm of the breath is encouraged with the purpose of aligning & focusing the mind .Suitable for anyone looking to move the body follow the music, to stretch their body with the moderate physical effort , the focus of class is fun,  lets moving & be happy.
